Donna Tate, Chief Executive Officer
A native of Washington, D.C., Donna moved to Atlanta in 1975 to pursue a career as a civil servant for the Department of Housing and Urban Development. Her current profession is insurance and financial services. Donna's passion and enthusiasm are to empower people about health issues, particularly HIV/AIDS. She is the recipient of the 2005 Community Service Award from Healthcare Georgia Foundation and a Board Member of the Fulton County Office of Workforce Development. Ministry activities include being the past Chairperson of the Embrace the Healthy Temple health ministry of the Greater Piney Grove Baptist Church. Donna is the proud mother of three children and four grand-children. As Chief Executive Officer of C.U.I., her role is to carry out the strategic plans established by the Board, as well as provide direction and leadership towards the achievement of C.U.I.'s mission, goals and objectives.
Chinester Graves, Chief Operating Officer
Chinester Graves is a native of Belzoni, Mississippi. She moved to Atlanta, Georgia, in 1988. She received her undergraduate degree in Healthcare Management and a Master's degree in Health Administration (MHA). Chinester's passion is advocating patient rights and to empower individuals about the importance of health literacy. She is a member of New Jerusalem - Words of Praise Church of God in Christ in Snellville, Georgia, where she is the president of the Health and Wellness Ministry. Chinester is a member of Georgia Association of Paralegals, The American Business Women's Association, and Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. Chinester is married, the mother of three grown sons and has one daughter-in-law. As Chief Operating Officer for Community Unification Initiatives (C.U.I.), Chinester will ensure that the organization is in compliance with 501(c) regulations and generally accepted standards.

Juanester Hunter is a Point of Care Coordinator, Emory HealthCare, Atlanta, Georgia. B.S., MBA, MT(ASCP), Point Of Care Specialist (AACC), As a Point of Care Coordinator for The Emory Clinics, Juanester provides training, counseling , and guidance according to Joint Commission Standards and Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments (CLIA) recommendations. Juanester has over 15 years of laboratory leadership experience.
Angela Burrs, Community Outreach Coordinator
Angela A. Burrs has been a Holistic Practitioner for 7 years. She also has her Patient Care Technician Certification. After being healed from Sarcoidosis in 2000 and getting off a bag full of medications in 2001, Angela now speaks to individuals, organizations and churches on the importance of nutrition in conjunction with healing the body, mind and spirit.
